Orbit Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy any Orbit product, including Orbit Drivers Edition and the Orbit Sponsorship System. By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
Orbit is created by C.R. Sponsorship Consulting Limited, trading as Ancaire Sponsorship Solutions ("Ancaire", "we", "us"). We are registered in Ireland, company number 741942, and based in Dublin.
If anything here is unclear, email colm@ancairesponsorship.com before you buy.
2. What you are buying
Each Orbit product is a set of digital files, as described on its product page. Orbit Drivers Edition includes:
Element
Format
Start Here guide
Element 01: Practical Guide
Element 02: Season Workbook
Excel (.xlsx)
Element 03: Driver Pitch Deck
PowerPoint (.pptx)
Orbit is a self-guided toolkit. It does not include one-to-one coaching, consulting or done-for-you work. Any example drivers, brands, figures or results in the files are for illustration only.
3. Price, VAT and payment
Orbit Drivers Edition costs €450. VAT or other sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on where you are. The total you pay is shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment, tax and receipt under its own terms.
We never see or store your card details.
Prices may change over time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you buy.
4. Delivery and access
Your files are available to download straight after payment. You will also receive an email receipt with your download link.
Please save a copy of the files once you have them. If you lose access to your download link, email us with your order number and we will send it again.
To open the files you need a PDF reader, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, or compatible software. Some formatting may not display correctly in other programs such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, Numbers or Keynote.
5. How you can use Orbit
When you buy Orbit, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own sponsorship work.
You can:
use the files for your own racing programme, season after season
edit the workbook and pitch deck as much as you like
send the proposals you create from the pitch deck to sponsors and potential sponsors
keep copies on your own devices for back-up
You can't:
share, forward, upload or give the files to anyone else
resell, sublicense or offer the files, or anything based on them, as your own product or template
use one purchase for more than one driver
If you manage, coach or advise drivers, each driver needs their own copy of Orbit. If you are a parent buying for your child, the copy is for that driver. For team or academy use, email us first.
If you break these terms, your licence ends and you must delete the files.
6. Ownership
Orbit, its name, its methods, its files and their design remain the intellectual property of Ancaire. Buying Orbit gives you a licence to use it. It does not transfer any ownership.
The content you add yourself, such as your driver story, figures and sponsor details, belongs to you. Example images, names and brands in the files are placeholders. Replace them with your own content, or content you have the rights to use, before you send anything to a sponsor.
7. Refunds and your right to cancel
Because Orbit is digital content delivered straight away, all sales are final once you have started the download.
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to this at checkout. By ticking the box at checkout, you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts. If you have not started the download, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
If a file is faulty or won't open, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a working replacement. If we can't fix the problem, we will refund you.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Results and liability
Orbit gives you a proven structure for finding, pricing and pitching sponsorship. It does not guarantee that you will sign a sponsor or raise a particular amount. Results depend on your effort, your market and decisions made by brands.
Orbit is general guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. Have any sponsorship agreement checked by a qualified professional before you sign it.
We take care to make Orbit accurate and useful. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for lost sponsorship, lost income or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Other terms
Drivers under 18. Orbit must be bought by an adult. If the driver is under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase and oversee any contact with sponsors.
